Life's good for the funboys until Callum gets his first-ever girlfriend, and the change in dynamic threatens both their friendship and Jordan's life.

After a gas leak at his flat, Callum moves in with Lorcan and his dad, Sammy, aka the biggest git in Ballymacnoose. Under Sammy's tutelage, Callum finds his own inner git.

Gemma brings home a new pet and unwittingly unlocks some painful memories for Lorcan. Callum moves in with Jordan and his two dads and learns about a thing called "feelings."

Gemma and Lorcan throw a party but Gemma struggles to keep hold of her identity in the tight-knit community of Ballymacnoose. Callum makes a new friend but there's a catch…

Callum goes full method, role-playing a starving peasant with a tyrannical land steward as the Funboys belatedly get involved in the Great Famine.

Strange things are afoot in Ballymacnoose: animals in small clothing, paranormal sightings of leprechauns, and most bizarrely of all, Callum gets his first match on a dating app.

Life gets sticky in Ballymacnoose when Callum walks in on Gemma and Lorcan in bed. Meanwhile, Jordan’s new lover, 50-year-old Grainne, points out his receding hairline.

Callum slowly unravels under the strain of Jordan's relentless night terrors about baldness until he stumbles upon a flyer for Ballymacbot Wars - a local robot combat tournament.

For the inaugural episode of Fair Game, the Funboys review the Resident Evil series. Sponsored by Jordan’s daddies, Jordan and Callum are joined by permanent guest Lorcan and resident Gamer Girl Gemma (GG, GGG) for a deep dive into one of gaming’s most beloved franchises. Gemma is terrified, Lorcan passionately defends Resident Evil 1’s pocket systems, and Jordan is publicly exposed for his extensive use of ‘big butt’ mods. Gaming is all about perspectives, and the Resident Evil series has plenty. First-person, third-person, fixed camera… the list ends there.

The Funboys enter the world of life simulators. Callum sings Pokopia’s praises, a revolutionary Pokemon spin off where nobody battles and instead build loving communities. What a loser. Meanwhile, Gemma unveils her painstaking recreation of Ballymacnoose in the Sims 4, where Jordan dances with his daddies, Lorcan and Gemma enjoy secret romantic encounters in the hallways of their sprawling mansion, and everybody seems happy. Everybody except Callum.

It’s GAME VS GAME on Fair Game. The critically acclaimed Last of Us Part II versus Herdy Gerdy, an unsung PS2 title that Lorcan insists is one of the greatest games ever made. He recounts his emotional connection to the game and how it mirrored his own impossible quest to reach the Balmoral Show. Jordan and Callum are not convinced. Neither is Eurogamer. As tempers flare and opinions harden, the gang tackles gaming’s biggest question: can a game be good even if it only got a 6/10 in the Official Playstation 2 magazine?

The gang leap into the world of Assassin’s Creed, a franchise that lets players experience history without the hassle of airports. Perfect for Lorcan, whose crippling fear of travel hasn’t stopped him from seeing the world through the eyes of legendary assassins. Joining the discussion is self-proclaimed ‘assassin expert’ Frank Lynch, whose thunder is quickly stolen when Callum reveals a secret guest in the form of gaming icon: voice actor Roger Craig Smith. Ezio Auditore, Sonic the Hedgehog, Chris Redfield. The gang are starstruck, all except for Frank.
