Three memory-less newcomers—Chord, Clave, and Cymbelle—arrive undermysterious circumstances. Draculaura discovers she can understand Cymbelle’s ancient language,deepening the mystery. As suspicions grow, it becomes clear the new students are connected tothe stage—and to a forgotten past.

Robecca and Frankie experiment with activating the Phantom Stage despite Bloodgood’s warnings.The new trio instinctively perform, and the stage selects them as “The Undead,” triggering a surgeof dark energy. A spell from Skelita backfires during rehearsal, causing Venus, Abbey, and Draculaura to swapbodies—and powers. While navigating chaos and comedy, the trio gains empathy for one another’sstrengths. Though the spell is reversed, rumors spread about Robecca’s connection to the past.Meanwhile, Draculaura begins showing signs of darker change.

Bad luck plagues Ghoul Squad as Robecca partially reactivates the Timespindle and recallsfragments of the Phantom Stage's origin. When Ghoul Squad performs, their unity briefly breaksthe curse's hold. But as the hype meter peaks, Draculaura fully succumbs to obsession and flees,choosing fame over friendship.
